Hi ,
This is Triveni , I have few questions regarding my Visa. Here is the detailed description about my issue. In 2007 April I applied for H1 and I got approval and later I got married in the same year and went to US on Student Dependent(F2) visa instead of H1 visa . I applied for SSN ( Social Security Number) and I got SSN also , later I did not worked because of poor market , and also I did not changed my status from F2 to H1. Due to emergency I came to India . I have 2 years of Visa as dependent (F2) .And now my question is Can I come to US on dependent visa (F2) or should I get stamped for H1.
