DS-156 Question 36 for F1 Visa

Hello,

We are going for my wife's F1 Visa stamping to Montreal, Sept 22nd.

My company has filed I-140 (Immigrant Petition) for me and I-485 (Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident) for me and my wife.

Now question 36 of DS-156 form says:

Has anyone filed an immigrant petition on your behalf?

What will be the answer for this if my Wife is applying for the Visa? Immigrant petition is actually filed for me but she covers up as a dependent/spouse.

Should the answer be "yes"?
