Hi,
I've had my B1 visa to F1 transferred during my SECOND visit 3 years ago. I'm currently a fulltime student in my senior year in an undergraduate program. I want to travel to Canada in December this year and would like to have my F1 visa stamped over there. Please advise the correct procedure as to how long I have to stay there as I plan to visit in the last two weeks of 2008 and return the first week of 2009.
