What if F1 petiton is denied while on H4
Hi,
I'm currently on H4 and attending university. My H4 is valid until April'2010.
I'm planning to apply for F1 visa for Spring 2009 semester. I was wondering, what happens if my F1 visa petition doesn't get approved.
Can I still continue to be on the same H4 that I'm in right now, and continue to attend school like I'm doing now.
