Do I need another F1 visa?

Hi,

I've been in UC Irvine in july 2006 for a 4 weeks program. I obtained a F1 visa that is valid from Apr 04 2006 until Apr 02 2011. I left USA at the end of this program, on Aug 01 2006.

I will be returning in UC Irvine for another program from mid-august 2009 to mid-september 2009.

My F1 visa would be still valid, but will the I20 number still be the same (the number I had in 2006 is written on the visa)? Do I need to apply for another F1 visa? Do I need to pay again SEVIS fee ?

You need another F1 visa as your sevis id would change.
