Hi,
I am an international student in US , from India, I have completed my two years course for Masters in Architecture and now I am working full-time on OPT(ending 30th June 2009). I want to apply for an F-2 (dependent) visa for my wife, so would like to know what all documents are needed as a proof of employment. I would also like to know about the chances of getting an F-2 Visa, is it really tough. I have not come across any case where a dependent was filed while the student is on OPT, does it make a difference if yes how can i take care of it.
