Thanks for providing great service.

I came here on student visa in nov 2001, after 2 semester, in may 2002 I change university and graduate with ms degree in dec 2005, i got opt from jan to dec 2005 in mean time, i got h1 visa in june 2005 (valid till june 2008) which i renew in june 2008 and its valid till june 2011.

In this last 6 year and 10 months i never left country, now i am planing to go to india for marriage and thats reason i am going for stamping in mexico ( i have parole valid till nov 16)

what do u think will be the best answer if they ask question why i didnt leave country since i came here.

Your help will be greatly appreciated, thanks again.

You don't have to leave as long as you can legally stay. It is up to you. That is fine.

That's no problem. You can stay as long as legally allowed. You don't have to compusarily visit your home country frequently.

Hi there,

What I know u have to show prove that ur still in school and with a valid 1 20. You can't just go to mexico to renew your visa if your not in school.

Enroll in school and have an 1-20 then go to the embassy and trust me u will get a visa.
