F-1 and OPT

I am in with F-1 student status and I just graduated from one university. My visa is valid for 4 more years, provided I enroll as a fullt time student in any university. So far I was not accepted to any university because I did not really apply for one.

Now what is the best option:

1) To enroll as a full time student to continue in USA

OR

2) Do I have to apply for OPT. If so where?
