Hi There,
I have been rejected on this section 222 (a)(6)(c) late 90's when I applied for student visa. I have gone to Bombay consulate instead of Madras consulate due to hugh competition as advised by my agent that time. He has given me some work experience certificate working in Bombay which was not correct. But however I had to admit with the consulate officer and then visa has been rejected.
Now I am an Australian Citizen, carrying Australian Passport and after so many years I applied for a visiting visa in Australia, to my surprise they have again rejected me on the same section without even looking at any documents.
I am just wondering how can I clear this case with US consulate. How long will this continue and when will I get cleared out of this section?
