Coming back on M Visa

If I go back to my home origin once my 6 months is done, can I return back to the USA within 3 weeks or is there a time gap I need to spend? (I have M visa for 5 years)

As long as you are staying in the US with the purpose consistent with your visa type, you can enter back at any time.

So for example if I leave on the 23rd october to my home country and return back to the USA on the 2nd week of November they will let me in cos I have 5 years multiple visa?

Again, as long as you are coming for a purpose consistent with your M1 visa, it is fine.
