I am working in saudi arabia for more than 17 years and am with family status. My daughter and wife visit saudi regularly but my daughter had her full education in mumbai. we have our home and other belongings at mumbai.now she is preparing for her CPA exam as the exam is to be given only at US and also she received her NTS from Delaware State Board for her exam and has also scheduled her exam dates from nov 18th to nov.22 of 2008.we appled fore her student/visit visa for appearing fore her exam produced all the valid documents as my employers letter and 6 month bank balance at saudi arabia. But my daughter was rejected her visa saying you have not shown that you have sufficent strong family/social/economic ties that will compell you to return to saudi arabia after your travel to US. we are now planning to go back to mumbai and apply from mumbai fore her visit visa.
Can u please advise us in this matter.
