I-20 for F2 Before marriage

I am on F1 will be graduating in November. My OPT starts from November.
I travelling to INDIA and and going to get marry in December.

should the I20 for F-2 always be prepared after marriage for spouse by international counselor in my school?OR can it be prepared before marriage? Will this question be raised by the visa officers in India?Can anyone answer my question. I am planning to take I20 for my spouse along with me.

I am also in a similar dilemma because I will be out of school by the time I get married and it might be better to have an I-20 for my wife before that. My school said they can issue and I-20 without seeing the marriage certificate.
