f1 status problem..... please help

hi,
I'm currently under a F1 visa. i'm currently enrolled. the problem is that I'm failing all my classes this semester (this is my first semester in this school, i just transfered from an other school).
I would like to know how can I drop all my classes and start over in an other school next semester. my current school is not for me I will get probably a 1.o GPA which I dont want.
I can drop all my classes by november 10th. and starting in my new school in january 26th.

How can I drop all my classes and stay under my f1 visa????

When you withdraw, you should be reported to the USCIS.

Are you sure you can withdraw without penalty. Usually this late you can only withdraw failing or passing. You must be in good standing to enroll in another university.
