OPT and visit to india and I94 photocopy

I am completing my MS in Dec 08 and I have applied for OPT-I have already job offer from US company-which i would like to join in Jan 09 end after visiting my parents in India for 21 days.

Pl suggest the solution.

1 I was told even if my OPT is approved, USA entry is not guranted.
Should I wait for H1 visa and then visit India
2 I have sent photocopy of my I94 front page for OPT approval and by mistake I didnot send photocopy of other side of I 94
What should I do in that case.Will ther be OPT denial or will they ask for I 94 once again-will it delay process of OPT approval.
Can I resend photocopies will they accept.

I am also in a similar situation.

Travel to India only after you receive your OPT card. At the time of re-entry you will need a valid F1 visa to enter. Also keep OPT card, employer letter with you at the time of entering. The OPT card in itself is not enough for re-entry, you must have a visa also.
