F2 going to India while F1 is on OPT

Respected concern

My husband is starting his OPT from Nov 2008 and i am planning to visit India in May, 2009 and comeback around mid June, 2009. Will there be any problem of me going to India and coming back? What documents do i need to take with me? Is this risky to plan my trip at this point? Please help me with all the information.

you should have no problem as long as you have a valid multiple entry F2 visa.
but if your husband files for H1 and gets approved, then you yourself will have to adjust your status to H4 around that time. That could be a problem.
