Hi,
I have transferred from a H1B to F1 visa when residing in the US. I am visiting India in Dec. to get a new F1 visa. So, I am trying to schedule a NIV appointment in Chennai in January 2009. Since I am applying for a student visa, I chose the option "A resident of India/ Bhutan" as directed by the website.
Whenever I try to fill in my application, a persistent pop-up shows up informing me that no new dates are available.
Can anyone inform me as to when dates start appearing?
