To Get H1 After my F1

I am an Engineer going to US for my MS on F1.
After completing my course; Should I have to come back to process for H1?

First come to US on F1, complete your MS and then find an employer who wants to sponsor you. You don't need to go back to your home country as long as all this happens in appropriate time and you are continuously in status.
