F1 Interview(Status Change from H4 while in the US)
Hi
I am currently an undergraduate student doing my third semester at a university in the United States. Both my parents have an H1B status and i first arrived in the US on an H4 status(dependent on my mom). I completed one year on the H4 status before deciding to change it to F1.
I am planning to travel back to my home country and i will have to give the Visa interview(for the F-1). Will I have a problem getting my visa stamped, considering both my parents are here on an H1B visa?. Please reply. Thanks
