Hi Friends,
I will be graduating on 10 May 2009, and may be my OPT Starts from 10 july 2009. so i am plannning to visit INDIA in between the 60 days Gap or break, can i return back safely or will there be any problems at port of entry?
1.If i carry My OPT Card will they allow me to return back ? or even do i need job offer letter.
i am not sure i might or mmight not find an employer yet ?
2. or in case if i have JOB OFFER LETTER Can i RETURN to USA without any RISK TO USA. OR EVEN with both documents still will there be any risk?
Pls Suggest..........which would be the better way go come back safely (wothout risk)
