F-1 and F-2 Visa at same Time

I am from India.I got rejected for F-1 Visa in December 2007. I am applying for F-1 Visa Now again.I am married and I want to take my wife with me. My bank loan has been sanctioned.
We are planning to Apply for F-1 and F-2 at the same time.
How are chances for getting both the Visas?
Please advice.

Chances are the same as before unless you have additional evidence pertaining to the reason for previous rejection. If you get F1, wife's F2 is almost guaranteed.

Last time My visa was rejected as potential immigrant, I got 2 siblings in US.
Though VO didnot ask anything about my siblings. He asked me about my course. Then he gave paper saying that i am a potential immigrant.

Presently I am working and also is my wife.
How r the chances?

You need to prove non-immigrant intent by showing property and other close family (like parents) being in India.
