F-2 Visa Query

I and My wife are applying for F-1 and F-2 visa at the same time.
Does my wife requires separate I-20 form from the school?
Please Advice.

Yes, your wife requires a dependent I-20 from the school.
Also, your own I-20 will need to mention additional dependent expenses.
