Hi,

My visa rejected 2 times in Chennai consulate for F1 in december 2007. Again I am planning to attend visa for this spring. Do I need to metion in DS 156 that my visa rejected in last year. Do they save my data of last year.
I am in dilema, please help me out.

... any dilemma. You just want to know whether you can lie and get out of it.

Sorry, no chance, they have all the records and know everything. You cannot lie, you need to tell the truth.

The catch here is that if you do lie, they know anyway, so you're now permanently blacklisted!
