F-2 VISA........Urgent

I got Mine and My Wife's I-20 today.We are going for F-1 and F-2 at the same Time. Do I need to pay separate Sevis fees for Dependent(F-2) also? How to take VISA appointment for My Wife?
Are there any extra things to be taken care of?
Please Help...

No SEVIS Fee for dependents.
Pay seperate HDFC fee for wife and while booking appointment select family travelling together option (after filling all the forms)
