Returing on F1 again 4 1/2 after returning

Hi,
I went to US on F1 in 2002 and returned to India in 2004. Am going back to US on F1 next week. Can I use the earlier SSN no.?
My Driving license expired in 2006. Can I renew the same driving license now?

What if the University and City an going now to is different?

SSN remains the same irrespective of where you are for your entire life (except under extraordinary identity theft situations). No new number is assigned. I just cannot believe you spent two years in US and are asking this question.
