F1 visa when taking some classes Online??

This is regarding a friend of mine. She is a full time graduate student in an accredited University. She is on F1 visa.
Her masters degree program requires her to take a list of classes that are offered only as "online courses" If she takes these classes Online, she will have half of her credits in classroom and the other half Online. This will happen every semester until she graduates.

IS this going to put her in an "out of status" situation and can she lose her F1 visa? She has no option but to take these classes Online if she wants to get her degree.
What's the best thing to do if her visa is in danger?

as long as school payments are made and they issue an I20 there shuld not be any problem.
