i'M A STUDENT WITH F-1 VISA.I've studied here for 2 semesters.fall and spring and I've lived here for 10 months.HOw can I get work permit and what are other benefits of the visa.

Hi Everyone,
Iam a Green Card Holder, I got married last year to a F1 student who completed her studies and was offered a Free Certification and 1 yr Internship and 2 Yr contract job by a school, she took it took her OPT, I guess thats what its called, now when she went to our lawyer to file for her H1 as she completed her Internship, we discovered today that her OPT or whatever expired 10 days ago, what do we do???? Can we still go ahead and do a Premium Processing with the $1000 fee with the lawyer or what>??
I cannot file for her for another two years untill I become a citizen. Any replies in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
