Hi all,
My fiance is studying in US for around 8 months..and he has a Research assistantship offering him 1820$ per month + complete tuition waiver. He will finish his course by Dec 2009...We wanted to have a registered marriage (court marriage) only sometime in march and then apply for my F2.
But someone told us that we NEED to show photographs of the traditional Hindu marriage. As we wont be going in for that marriage,so no question of the photographs also. Will it be ok if we show just the pics of our court marriage?
My father in law will also be showing sufficient funds for my stay there... what do u suggest now? Without the photographs, will it be risky?
and what are my chances of visa approval...?
Please please help..Am in a major dilemma....
