I am shweta and will be applying for F2 visa in month of Febraury along with my 2 yr old son in Delhi.My husband has gone to USA for MBA on 20th dec 2008.On 10th decemeber 2008 my Tourist visa got rejected as the VO said why we din't applied together for visa on 1st Dec 2008(the day my husband got F1).I took my husband along for the interview and most of the questions were asked to him.
10th dec for B2 Visa interview was like this--
VO- To mohit (my husband) are u applying for visa?
Mohit:-I already have visa
VO-Give me ur passport
VO- why both of u din't apply together for the visa
Mohit u got the visa on 1st dec and she is applying on 10th dec
Mohit-- She doesn't plan to stay there with me as she has her job and other responsibility
VO- this is not what i am asking
Shweta - Sir that time i din't have my leaves once he got his visa i pressurised my Company to sanction me the leaves
**Vo seprates the DS forms from the passport
VO-Mohit for whihc course u r going to US
Mohit-Masters 4 yrs program(bridge course he needs to take to complete 16th yr of educstion)
VO-for 4 yrs u both plan to stay seprate
Mohit-Yes sir this is our mutual decision i am going for my career growth she understands this.
VO-shweta what r u doing in India
shweta - I am working for Maosa Industries as a marketing manager
VO-have u ever been abroad
Shweta -Yes sir in year 2000 to US
VO-what u did there
shweta-I travelled to pitsburg,newyork washinton,celebrated 4th jukly,15th august and then back to India
VO-sorry this time i won't be able to give u visa
PLzzzzzzzzzzzzz advice me shud i apply for F2 visa in Febraury or not.My husband will come back if i don't get visa as my son is having tough time without his sad and the distance is having toll on our family.I will take a break from my career and will raise my son.
