Due to many different reasons I fell out of status with my previous school on a F-1 visa, and I am receiving another i-20 from my 2nd school, if approved for the f-1 visa would I still need to follow the 30 day prior to program rule or can I get in right away since it mentions on the document that it's for initial applicants of that certain nonimmigrant visa class
