F1 Visa - Returning from visit to India

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Student of public health at university of alabama at Birmingham. I came to USA in the month of August 2007. My F1 visa is going to get expired on june 9th this year. I need to go to India in the month of April for 2 weeks. My gradution date in the month of june and I have valid I-20. Is it safe for me to go to India and come back to USA with no trouble. I request you kindly let me know about the issue.
