I have question regarding F1. I'm in India & am planning to appear for a F1 visa. My husband currently works in the US & is on a H1. His company applied for his green card two years back & his 485 is pending. This is my question - Will my husband's green card status create any issues during my F1 interview, in the sense that will I be viewed as a potential immigrant, leading to possible grounds for rejection of my F1? Please reply back ASAP.
Also, anybody else who has been in the same kind of situation, please share your experiences / questions.
