Regarding E-Verification

Hi,

I wanted to know more about this e-verify thing as my employer is not applying for h1 this year and am planning to change my employer and wanted to know whether that employer is e-verified or not.Is there and website which lists all the e-verified companies as i heard there are only 1% companies e-verified.Please help me out in this regards.

When you take the job interview ask them if they are e-verified and if they can extend your OPT.
Remember you need to find a job and not an employer. Be warned about joining a unscrupulous consultant. (That seems to be your intent)

Thank you sir.But as you know in this economy and as a fresher we get very less opporutnities and the employer which i am talking is a major medical company so was just worried how to find if they are e verified or not.

Just ask them. Their HR person will know, and apart from that if they are interested in hiring you, you can also request them to get e-verified.
