H4 - F1 COS Urgent....

Seniors,

I already enrolled and doing my bachleors degree in the university. Recently my husband lost his job and trying to find immediate replacement with in a weeks or two either with consultancy or full time employment.

My questiosn is:

Since the economy is down and there is no stablility in the jobs.

Is it possible at this time whether we can change the status of the family to student visa and student dependent visas?

If that is the case what exactly i have to ask the student counsellor.....

I appreciate your help in the crucial situation.

You can apply for COS immediately and it will protect you from being out of status, until the application is adjudicated.
Your husband has no option but to find a job soon or leave the country. Your family may apply for F2 after your own case has been approved.
