Hi,
I read on some web site that:
H1B to F1 It is advisable to attach a letter from your employer stating your last day of employment, because this will prove that you are in a valid status while applying for status change from H1B to F1.
My confusion is if I mention the last day of my employment and later on my COS gets rejected, I'll be out of status since I had already mentioned my last day of employment.
So how can I make myself immune of COS rejection and stay on H1 if COS gets rejected.
Do I really need to attach employer letter?
