Co-sponsoring a student visa

My relatives here in USA want to sposnsor their brother-in-law on a student visa (F1). They have to fill out I-134 form for him but it's not clear how to add them as joint sponsors on this form. This form has space for only one sposnsor, could anyone please advise me on how to fill forms for a joint sponsor ?

Each sponsor has to fill separate forms. It is better if he can find a non-US sponsor.

Thanks KABKABA for such a quick reply, I'll ask them to fill two separate I-134 forms and it's not possible to find a non-US sponsor for them.
