Appointment Date/Student Visa

Hi,

I have a question on the Appointment Date.

i was informed that .....

Students should apply for their visa, no earlier than 120 days prior to their reporting or expected date in school. "

Now, My intended date of travel will be between July 23- 30th. and its stated on the I-20 that "the student is expected to report to the school not later than on August 10th.

Now, can this date issue read to my denial of the Visa ?

or is it ok when i attend this interview ? if not,

which is the best day for it then ?
