urgent help for F1 re-instatement

hi i am on f1 student visa since 3 years and since a year i am on ESL course but by the english school they terminated me with reason of lack of progress and now i need to get reinstatemetn so pls advise me whether will iget it or not ..i know the procedure but wanna know if someone ever had it..pls urget
