Pl help decide
I e filed on 6th March for COS to F2.I could Send supporting documents on 19th March only as I'd to wait for OPT I 20 to arrive- these reached USCIS on 23rd March acc to mail acknowledgement , same day as an RFE was mailed! Obviously my documents hadn't reached my file because the RFE papers they had asked for are the same ones we already mailed.I am thankful that my case was not denied outright as there were just no docs with them apart from e appln and recpt. I had to file early b'cos i won't have 3 months otherwise before my 1-94 exp.Now what should I do? I was given time till Apr 22 nd in RFE
1.Shall I send a letter with RFE request paper that I'd already mailed- (I can attach the mail acknowledgement)
2.Should I send all the papers again-which will duplicate the documents in my file.
