H1 to F1 with green card processing underway

Hi,
I currently have my H1-B with my company. They are about to initiate my Green Card Processing.
I intend to go on F1 visa starting Fall 2010.

- If my Green Card Processing has reached the I-140 stage will it create a problem for me getting my F1 visa ?
- If my i-140 stage is approved and 485 stage has started will it create a problem for my getting my F1 visa
- If my Labor stage is applied for and i-140 has not yet started will it create a problem for me getting my F1 visa ?

Any information on this regard will be deeply appreciated.
