H1 to F1 Status transferred, need F1 Stamping

Hello,

I got my H1B converted to F1 and as of now I am in school on valid F1 Status. I am planning to visit India for summers and would need to get F1 stamped there. Here on, I have some confusion and any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

1. Do I have to fill the DS156 form as if I am applying for fresh F1 visa given I have F1 status already ?

2. If yes, In the conversion process (I539 form) I have already paid the Sevis fees. Do I have to pay the same fee again ( as required in the form DS156) ?

3. If no to Q1, then what exactly is the process that I need to follow to get the F1 stamp ?

4. Can someone please draw a leaf of personal experience and let me know what all forms I need to fill and documents required for F1 application.

I tried searching answers for these questions on US embassy site but its all given in very vague and generalize manner.

You need a new F1 visa.

No need to pay again, just show the receipt.

3. If no to Q1, then what exactly is the process that I need to follow to get the F1 stamp ?

Same as the way you got H1B or whatever visa before, follow procedure on VFS website.

Follow the procedure and VFS will tell you all the documents required. You can also find a list here on this website.

f1 to h1 again h1 to f1(in usa all the time)

I came to usa on f1 and changed my status to h1b later after 6 mnths I again changed my status to f1 visa and joined in a school.(its been 1 yr,currently im in school pursuing my course in usa) .I have change of status approval letter also. So now what all the documents do I need to carry along with me when I go for f1 visa stamping.Do I need to show all the financial ,liquid assests etc to the embassy as I did when I went for stamping for F1visa for the 1st time in india.
Please help me in this issue.It would be a great help to me
