Regarding OPT Extension

Hi,

I am masters student and i graduated on aug 8 2008 and my OPT started on oct 1 2008.But my F-1 visa expired on DEC 31 2008.So now as i am on OPT will F-1 expiration be a problem for any of my furture things like OPT extension and H-1 application and all.Please let me know.

No problem. You need to keep your I-20 current and your school must be informed of your employment dates.
