F-1 marriage-out of status

hi guys, i am an international student in new york... i got married one month ago and i did'nt apply for aos yet. I prepared all the documents...

I was studying english in a language school and after 3 months study international students have 60 days transfer period or 1 month vacation...So yesterday when i talked to the international student office and i told them that i need vacation or transfer and they told me we are making you out of status...i didn't understand what happened... yes my attendence is not so good but they didn't report me before ...

after finished my contract are they able to make me out of status?
because when they make me out of status i wasn't their student...and mu contract was over.
thats not fair.., because its all about money i was studying in the same school for 1,5 years

so i got married 1 month ago and i was student status when i got married, i am going to apply for AOS...

what should i do i dont know and i feel so bad can you give me some advise please...

You did not mention if your wife is a US citizen or a resident.
If she is a citizen, then you are fine... go to a lawyer and start your petition.
If she is a resident, i'm not sure what to do... this is something i am still looking for an answer, i will update you once I find something.
