Hi,
My wife will be joining a univerisity this summer for her Masters program. She is currently on H4 and will be travelling to India for F1 visa processing. Her plan is to pay the fees for her acedmeic program is to take 50 % loan from indian bank and rest amount will be given by me. I am currently in US on H1 Visa.
Can you please advise:
1. If I have to fill up the I-134 affidavit in such a case ? If yes, what all docs along with I-134 do I have to give ?
2. Does the bank have to fill up the same ?
