f1 visa us sponser to UofI

I have been admitted to the university of illinois at urbana champaign for my bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and am being sponsored by my uncle's company which is a US company with branches in India and China. I have been sponsored on the basis that I will have to work in any one of the 3 branches for 3 years after finishing my studies. My uncle is a US citizen himself. Please review these details and evaluate my chances of getting my F1 visa. I have also heard that a call from a reputed university is a thumbs up. Is it true ?

Is this for Grad studies? Yes, UofI is a very reputed school and visa shouldn't be a problem. There are good chances of you getting a tuition waiver once you land up here if it was not on the I-20 as the school isn't short of funds.
