visa approved & din't go..!!wat nxt??

Guyz what about those people(students) whom visa have been approved but they din't go as they have changed their purpose of going there..I have visa stamped for the mba program from Rhode Island for the march 09 term but I din't go coz of my inclination towards film making. Now Please temme as I have already a visa stamp on my passport, would there be any problem if I interview for the second time for the film making program for the july09 term..??Won't they be strict this time???

If you have a valid F1 visa, you do not need a new one. You need to use the old visa and new I-20 to enter. If asked you should explain why you changed your mind.
