Hi,
I am on H1B and i have applied for COS to F1, when i cheked with my college
they say that my SEVIS got denied. They have asked my to wait untill i
get written denial from USCIS which shows my case pending on their website.
1)What should i do if i recieve a Denial for COS?
2) Can i continue on H1B after the denial by converting my present employer?
3) Am i eligible to stay on my H1B status which is valid till 2011?
