Question on H1 and F1 urgent please suggest

Hi All

I am currently working on H1 with my H1 extension being filed and has been approved. Its yet to be stamped. However I have got an admin and will be applying for my F1 towards the end of this month and will come back to us as a student.

Next year can the h1 extension be used for my h1 stamping or does the h1 extension gets cancelled eventhough stamping has not been done and in such a case i have to apply for fresh h1???

I hope my question is clear please suggest. Please let me know if you have any questions for me

H1 extension was your employer's petition and only they or USCIS can cancel it.
H1 visa application was your own.
You may use the previous extension petition to change status from F1 inside the US later. But at that time you and your employer have to prove that they have a job waiting for you.
USCIS are not fools, they can see that you tried to avoid H1 stamping. But you may get away with it.
