effect on f1 stamping

I was denied renewal h1b stamping in may. i am going for f1 visa stamping in july. is there any effect of h1b stamping denial on f1 stamping..

Probably not. What was the reason for denial?

VO approved the visa and took the passport saying that pims verification takes 30 days. It was in chennai consulate. Mean while my employer withdrawn the petition. Passport was sent to home after 25 days with no stamping and told me the reason on a blue form that the petitioner withdraw the petition.
