I was denied h1b renewal stamping in may in chennai. Now I am going for f1 visa stamping in hyderabad. No slots are open in hyderabad. I was not refused f1 visa during the past six months. VFS website says those who are denied visa during the past six months are not eligible for emergency appointment. Can i go for emergency appointment? Can somebody please explain to me. Thanks in Advance.
