Hi guys, I applied for my waiver and I got a favorable recommendation from the State Department, problem is that USCIS is telling me that they don't have any record of my file and until now I don't have a receipt number. State Department transferred this case last Nov 2008. I've been calling State Department and USCIS, but they just keep on pointing at each other. What would be the best thing to do?
